Yes, 100% free. We charge recruitment agencies, not employers. You will never receive a bill from us.

How is this different from a normal recruitment agency?

With a traditional agency, you choose one recruiter and hope they are the right fit. With BKK Headhunter, qualified agencies see your role and choose to compete for it. Their payment acts as a filter - proving both capability and commitment.

What kind of roles can I post?

Any professional role in Bangkok and Thailand. We cover all industries and seniority levels, from mid-level specialists to C-Suite executives.

How many recruiters will bid on my role?

This depends on the role and industry. High-demand roles in popular sectors typically receive multiple bids. Niche or specialized roles may receive fewer, but more targeted, bids.

Can I reject a recruiter after they are connected?

Absolutely. The introduction is just that - an introduction. You are under no obligation to continue with any recruiter if you feel they are not the right fit.

How do I register as a recruitment agency?

How does the pricing work?

We use a second-price auction. You bid your maximum, but you only pay the second-highest bid plus 10 THB. This incentivizes honest bidding - you will never pay more than you need to.

What qualifications do I need?

We require a valid Thai business registration, a recruitment license where applicable, and a demonstrable track record in your claimed specializations.
